Error code 0xc000007b

Hi, I just bough a Predator laptop :-). However after installing World of Tanks I tried to launch the game. An error code is displayed : 0xc000007b …. Is this normal with a brand new computer and how can I fix it ? Thx in advance

@Daniel_Ausloos do you have issues with any other games or just that one if its just that one seems to me that issue its the game itself probably an issue with D3DX9_43.dll

I had same error , just this method had helped me:
Reinstall .NET framework
Windows 10 uses .NET Framework 4.5 but didn’t include version 3.5 to make it compatible with older apps. This can be the root of the ‘The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)’ error.
- Click “Start” button to select Control Panel and click Programs and Features.
- Click “Turn Windows features on or off” item on the left panel.
- The “Windows Features” window pops up.
- Find and click .NET Framework 3.5 and press OK.
- Then it will start downloading and installation.
- Restart the computer and check whether this error is fixed.

Same problem here with predator nitro 5 (2021) Fortnite wont start just like games installed through steam. some programs give error 0xc000007b other game like magic 2014 (steam game) gives no error but just dont start. Tried all the possible solutions except no 8 (other OS)
Very frustrating, a laptop from this price class and not able to start the software I want (game)0
