Nitro5 only core 3 is heating!

I have purchase a nitro5 i58300h gtx 1050
It was heating a lot so i called up the service center the guy came from the servive center and changed the thermal paste with a not so good qualty thermal paste and it was still heating at that time i dont know that i need to use the kryonot thermal paste so i again called ther service center the guy came and said the there is a problem with you motherboard and he changed it still my problem is not solved
But now there is a new problem
Earlier my cpu temp used to be around 40*c at idle
After the mother board change it is around 60*c
I checked in HW monitor it show that my core3 is heating much more than the other core
As it is a quad core cpu 3cores run at around 45*c and and the last runs at 60to65*c
What shoud i do now
The max cpu temps are around 95 to 97*c
PLEASE HELP!!
