aspire e5-573g. battery replaced, plugged-in but don't charge

i bought another battery. battery stuck on 1% for hours

    seems fixed
    i uninstalled Microsoft acpi and Microsoft ac adapter,
    turned off the laptop. 
    Inserted a pin in the battery reset pinhole and pressed power button. 
    turned on the laptop
    now battery is charging

    Charge Rate 17,005 milliwatts
    .....
    now 
    Current Capacity (in %) 67.3
    voltage is 16.4 volts
    Charge Rate 9,561 milliwatts  
    is normal?
