Acer Aspire E 15 (E5-576-392H) Won't wake up from sleep mode/Won't update windows/Won't power off

Ok so I just recently bought this laptop off of Amazon. I set up everything with the guided install and it seemed to be fine but ever since the 2nd (I bought this a week ago) any time the computer: Goes into sleep mode by itself, is put into sleep mode for a period of time, or even occasionally when I put the laptop into sleep mode manually, the laptop will refuse to wake up from sleep mode. The fan still runs, the power light is on, but the display turns black and touching the keyboard/mouse/fn+f6 does not turn it on. The system also refuses to update to windows even though it keeps saying that there is an update, it fails, it'll undo the changes, and then it'll try again upon powering down. Today a new problem occurred where MANUALLY shutting down my laptop from the OS put it in the same state it'd be when it wouldn't wake from sleep mode. The fan runs, the light stays on, but the display is black. I have left them running for 30 minutes so there is no way I just have to wait longer. Here is the useful System information.

No, unless the initial setup of windows when first booting it up counts. The sleep mode issue happened since the second day, and I haven't updated any drivers that I'm aware of unless it was done automatically. The power off issue may have occurred because of all the failed attempts of trying to update windows, though.

The same problem occurs, when you reinstall windows, pressing alt + f10?
