    Your RAM may have gone bad, use the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check it. Type Windows memory Diagnostic in the Search bar then select and run it

    b) Second, disable wireless and then go to the device manager to uninstall and delete the current driver like this:

    c) Third, restart windows and install the driver you downloaded.

    I checked my memory , they are good. I am currently using this Driver(.7755).

    Hi Andylb,
    This trick didn't work for me, but from your post I were able to confirm it is an Audio Software so I went to Speaker's property
    in Levels tab, I enabled the Microphone level and unplugged the External speaker, reset the Computer. It worked fine since but 3 times the Screen turned white a bit and recovered. The Driver was written by Microsoft, I already checked.I will go Microsoft and report the Bug. Thank very much for your help and other members of Acer.
