Loses VPN credentials with L2TP/IPsec + pre-shared key

Setup up multiple VPN connections (all L2TP/IPsec + pre-shared key). When I select one to connect automatically, it loses all my credentials. If I initiate to manually connect after I log in, it connects without losing my credentials. It happens on multiple chromebooks (R11, R13, Chromebook 15). What gives?

Who's your ISP? Have you checked with them yet? Jack E/NJ

Happens on various networks, so it's not ISP dependent. Once I select "Automatically connect to the network", I see my login credentials erased before my eyes. Happens with various VPN providers also, so could be Chrome OS related.

Bingo! Chrome is the common denominator here. So I suggest that you focus on getting an answer from one ISP and/or one VPN anyway. Because getting a google community response will take forever. And if they ever do, they'll probably just pass the buck back to us unpaid ACER community users. Or one of your paid ISPs. So pick your favorite ISP. :)   Jack E/NJ
