    Hello,
    (Sorry for my bad english)

    I've updated Windows 10 on my Laptop Acer  F5-573G-74KP with the KB4532695 Update.
    The update fail, Blue Screen. Since this problem, my laptop don't start.
    I push the On button, the light appears on my keyboard  and the screen stay black. No Acer Logo, nothing...
    I think the BIOS is out of order...

    I 've search solution on the net to try flash my bios...     without success.

    Can someone help me..

      Would it be interesting to know if this problem really occurred after the update? If so, there can be no problem in the bios. Also try resetting the battery and checking if the image is displayed on an external monitor.

      Hello, 
      I tryied to reset the batterie and test with an external monitor (hdmi and vga) without success.
      The problem appears just after the windows update ( KB4532695).

      Can you still access the bios? What happens when you press alt + f10 before the Acer logo?

      Nothing, the keyboard is illuminated but Nothing appears.

      If the problem occurred after updating windows, what happens when you disconnect the hdd?

      Same thing. I try to disconnecet one by one HDD, SSD,Battery, RAM... And same launch

      Why do you think the problem is in the bios?
      => No Acer logo. For me this logo is the bios logo... Or not ????

      Are you sure that the firmware driver has not been updated with the KB4532695 update?
      => I'm not shure , i read this on the Microsoft site => https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4532695/windows-10-update-kb4532695

      No message, a blue screen and nothing happens during a lot of minutes. I stop the pc with a long press on button on/off

      I would now try to disconnect the lithium battery and the rtc battery to see if it solves the problem.
