My nitro 5 - 515-53-52 it's not turning on

My nitro 5 model an515-53-52AF it's not turning on it charges but it doesn't turn on and there is I did a lot of things like unplugging the battery, drain the battery , battery reset, in plug the keyboard and plug it in again nothing works and there is not a deep switch. I believe it's the keyboard is the one not working anymore because everything looks fine

    Hi,
    You could check the spongy pad on the RAM door for any damage or not making proper contact with the micro switch( red square), if you see any damage, apply a layer of electrical tape so that it makes proper contact with the switch, also check whether the RAM door screw is hand tighten.

    Well check the pictures there is no deep switch  or micro switch

    Yes, my bad, I missed it, could you be able to see the Keyboard in Device manager, if you can try uninstalling the driver, then reboot and let Windows install the driver, you could also try removing the CMOS battery, leave the laptop to rest for a while(15-20Mins), then insert it again and try starting.

    @brummyfan2 I can't turn the laptop on the on button doesn't work. If you press the button in doesn't do anything at all that's why I believe the keyboard it's not working

    When you plug it in, does the battery LED turn on and off momentarily? OR there is no movement of any LEDs at all. I had this happen once, resolved by resetting battery and leaving laptop off with charger connected for a few hours to charge the battery. Battery was discharged to 0 in my case.

    @ it does the led light of the battery works and charges until turns blue and I try the battery reset for 4 seconds and an wait 5 minutes. I will try that thing that you told me but I just have one question does I need to leave it even more time after the blue led light turned on?

  • before sending the notebook, try pressing a few keys and at the same time, press the power button.

    Ok I found out that the keyboard and the screen are not working I want to know where I can get the replacements

    I agree completely, there is no point in ordering expensive parts if you are wrong and i think you might be wrong, it's very unlikely that the Display and Keyboard will go bad at the same time, it could be the MOB or bad RAM. Take it to a local PC repair shop and get a free estimate
