Hi, I'm from Thailand so I'm sorry for my bad English.
I'm using Predator Helio 300 White Edition (my specification : GTX 1060 i7 8750 ram 16 GB) and I've bought this laptop for 7-8 months. I have a problem everytime I play games such as DOTA 2,Call of Duty Modern Warfare(2019) and My GPU Core Clock always throtthling and unstable ( normally, it runs 1400 - 1800 MHz but it often drops to 100 - 300 MHz, so i think that is the reason why my FPS is terribly drop).I've changed some setting that I hoped that it may fix my problem such as changing PCI Express Setting in power setting or changing my NVIDIA control panel setting to Prefer high performance on power management mode.It helps a little bit , but my GPU Core Clock and FPS is still unstable. So I wanted to know factors or issues of my problem and how to fix this. Hope that my problem isnt based on my hardware.... T^T

I dont know that it is throttle or not. But my CPU's and GPU's highest tempertaure are 98 and 85,but they're usually run at 88(CPU) and 75-80(GPU).

when it goes over 94°C , then CPU goes into thermal throttle, and thus case run on reduced clock speed. I would suggest you to try to Run Intel XTU software and the stress test for 20/30 min. see if it goes to thermal throttle. IF yes , then check your cooling fan. there may be some dust blocking the air vent cause to block the hot air.

Make sure you are set to High Performance and always game with your battery charged to 100% BEFORE gaming and KEEP plugged in to the power while gaming
Follow this guide and your Throttling will stop. It is written and designed by one of our gamers and is safe and well tested
