Desktop E4231 - Stuck in the boot up stage

When I try to boot I get “the system could not be restored from its previous location because the restoration image is corrupt.” I have one option “Delete restoration data and proceed to system boot menu” But keyboard doesn’t work until it’s been booted. And won’t work in the bios.

    It’s an old emachines desktop E4231

    I forgot to mention I’ve tried using all the USB ports and an old ps2 keyboard with no luck.

    take out the battery and disconnect the charger. Post that press and hold the power button for 30 sec ( without power cable or battery ). Once done, try Alt and F10 to reboot your device to factory defaults.

    My bad.. Please try unplugging all the cables and hold the power button for 30-40 sec. Post that try Alt + F10 to reboot the device.
