SP515-51GN-51F9 - Expand SSD to 1TB

Hi guys,

I want expand my 256 GB SSD to 1TB (SAMSUNG 1TB SSD 970 EVO/ M.2 MZ-V7E1T0BW). It is possible or compatible, please?
My config is: SP515-51GN-51F9, NX.GTQEC.003.

    Yes you can upgrade the SSD
    Solid state drive 
    1 TB / 2 TB 2.5-inch 5400 RPM

    You can upgrade with a recommended size of 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD but 1TB M.2 SSD may or may not work, you have to install at your own risk.

    Hi Jack,

    thanks for fast repply, actualy there is 256 GB SSD INTEL M.2 but I want replace to  SAMSUNG 1TB SSD 970 EVO/ M.2. interface not hdd with 5200 rpm.

    Now who's right you or brummy?

    The maximum is 1TB thats for the unit which came with 512Gb of SSD. Since your unit came with 256Gb , you can go upto 512GB

    I have seen others installed 512GB NVMe SSD.
