Hi, this is my second time posting this, (1st time on another account.)
The issue has come up again where some of my keys do not work on my keyboard.
I have tried all sorts of solutions like deleting the drivers, updating the drivers, cleaning my keyboard and just recently tried to reset my laptop. None of these solutions worked.

Will take any help I can get.
Thanks.

    Which keys? Are they the numeric keypad keys?

    Hi, all the number keys work, but some of the letter keys do not work, such as w, e, r, y, i, l, z etc.

    Yeah, typically the numeric keypad keys are:
    7890
    uiop
    jkl;
    m,./
    And unless your keyboard is far from the layout of the English(US) that doesn't match. So it is not a problem where your NumLk is set... If they are always the same keys then it is likely to be the keyboard hardware. If you are still in warranty it's time to contact Acer support. If out of warranty first try an external keyboard as a work around. If that works good we'll talk about how to replace the keyboard.
