Hello.
Does anyone know the factory Version of the Bios that comes with the Acer Aspire A515-51G-C690 computer? The video card is Mx130.
I did an update to Bios version 2.02 and my computer crashed completely. More than an hour to start and every app on Windows is stuck. Already did a fresh install of Windows 10 and didn't change anything. Is there a safer Version to downgrade? I have already downgraded to version 1.15, but the computer still very very slow...

Thanks!

    Good afternoon danielcsoares !

The downgrade procedure is totally not recommended and violates the equipment warranty.
For what REAL need did you update Bios?
After the update, did you reset the Bios to its default settings?

Hello MaClane. I visited the Acer page to look for some drivers, as my wi-fi adapter was disappearing on its own after automatic Windows 10 update. When I saw a Bios update on the same page, I ended up doing the procedure. After installing BIOS 2.02, Windows started to crash and no longer worked. After the update, I did reset the Bios to its default settings, but I still have problems. Windows takes hours to boot, with the Acer logo on the screen. After startup, nothing works or takes a long time to open. After that, the mouse locks with each movement and the processing icon appears. I already tried 2 factory resets using Alt + F10, without success to solve the problem. Windows takes 2 days to reinstall, and the problem persists on the new Windows installed. I downgraded to BIOS 1.15 through the H20FFT-W application, changing the parameters as indicated in the H20FFT-W manual. But apparently the problem has not been solved. I am trying another factory reset today. I have also done a HD test with the Western Digital application, no problems were detected. The computer, working correctly, used to start up in a few seconds.

The BIOS manufacturer is "Insyde  original version 1.0 " but as my colleague @MaClane quite rightly says it is not recommended to roll back BIOS versions and we can't advise on any procedure for rolling back the BIOS also doing so will invalidate your warranty.

In this case, the warranty has already been breached.
I hope your attempts come up with a solution.

the warranty has expired 7 months ago.  that's why I didn't bother to mess with the BIOS.  There is no authorized Acer service. Only the distributor where you must send the computer, in another city ....

I need to solve it myself or take it to any technician who will probably try the same as me.
