Acer Nitro 5 AN515-53-55G9 no back-light/screen is black fix?

Okay so i got this problem when i disconnected my Panel cable, started up the laptop and reconnected the panel cable back. Yes i did try to replace the cable but nothing changed, yes i did press the little button in the hole but it still did not change anything, and yes i did try another panel and resulted in the same thing. I also did try out the panel to see if it would work with another external monitor and it does turn on but displays nothing (only displays something if connected to the laptop's cable but it shows up black and not bright like the external monitor connector and when i shine light behind the monitor it shows the acer logo and anything else when i try to navigate it. I also did try that whole set BIOS to default but to no avail it did not change anything at all.

Did you try to disconnect the lithium battery, before disconnecting the edp cable and also the rtc battery to reset the bios parameters?

no i didn't disconnect the Lithium battery before the edp cable, the disconnecting and reconnecting of the monitor was done when the laptop was completely off. as for the RTC Battery, i just tried that and nothing happened. was leaving the lithium battery connected while disconnecting the edp a bad idea?

In my opinion, whenever the user is going to do any internal intervention or upgrade on the notebook, it is always recommended to disconnect the lithium battery. I suggest you try disconnecting the lithium battery and see if it solves the problem, see:

yeah i did that, nothing really happened, and also this was just disconnecting it to see if the other panel i just salvaged works (surprise surprise it doesn't) and then this problem occurs and i have done a bunch of things to fix it. also i should have clarified that the backlight of the panel is completely gone like it does not exist and when i plug it in to the other external monitor board the back light is there and brighter than ever.

Have you checked if it can be any in ram? Also, is this button being pressed correctly?

Yes i have checked if it was the ram, also this is a Nitro 5 not a Helios 300 but that button is to disconnect the battery right?

This is the power interruption button. As you opened the notebook, this button may not be pressed correctly.

OK! Now, what happens when you press fn + f5 or windows + p? What happens when you press fn + f6? Did you check this edp connection?

when i press fn + f5 or windows + p something pops out that changes the way it is displayed and it is left at duplicate display. And for the EDP connection it is tightly connected. it's even detected as the main display on the display settings.

i should also clarify that the Back light of the Display is completely gone and i have to constantly shine a light behind it to see anything.

nothing happens, what does fn + f6 do?

It only serves to turn off the display. Can you tell us what you did before the display went wrong? I will also ask colleagues @xapim, @JackE, @MaClane and @laurent_14, to check this topic.

all i did was turn off, disconnect the display, turn on, turn off, and then reconnect the display.

checked for everything and there seems to be no damage. Also now my laptop just turned off and is refusing to charge. I kept the charger plugged into the laptop for a while.
