80 to 90 degrees is within temperature range for all Nitro 5 gaming laptops. If you are not experiencing low fps or stuttering then leave it alone and enjoy

is that ok? the life span of my laptop will not decrease?

YES, any consistent temperature below 90 deg C with the occasional spikes is within the Laptop specs, Nitro 5's are specifically designed to run hot. Your Laptop has built in safeguards and if the temperature becomes dangerous and threatens to damage hardware, it will shutdown so relax and enjoy your gaming.
