Just download and install the Nvidia drivers, leave the Intel they are working fine.

The link my friend gave you is to a different type of driver “DCH” use his link and follow his instructions keeping the wi fi off this will enable you to select the downloaded driver

This computer is fantastic I swith off, press alt+F10 as displayed in the video fro, Acer and I can not get the recovery mode....I need to find out how to do it under W10 then
  • The update for intel driver dch does not work, because you have installed the standard version. That is why I suggested that you uninstall and also delete the intel driver, to upgrade to the dch version.

I read a post where someone deleted both graph cards and the screen went black; I do not understand how I could still have a display if my only graphic card working is uninstalled...

mcholin>>>Many thanks for the information..I make a full factory reset and cross my fingers..>>>

Something strange has happened to this thread. Did you perhaps have an identically-named thread in another section that you and I discussed a full erase-everything factory reset by the ALT+F10 cold boot method?

"Nitro 515-54 and GTX 1050 stopped likely after Windows 1903 upgrade.."

I'm getting  multiple notices of your postings for that thread but they are no longer valid.

No you don’t get a black screen there is a generic Windows VGA driver embedded in Windows 10 that takes over

Reinstall completed and guess what...nividia card error 43! As expected.
Lloll Well I think I did my best; I will send the laptop back under warranty for repair. Not even sure thee graphic card is over, I still think this is a compatibility issue  but anyway that does not matter. I hope this will be better and reliable when repaired..

You performed every troubleshooting method that code 43 calls for and you were determined and very patient. In the end code 43 says that if it isn’t a driver problem it is hardware related. I still disagree about Windows 1903 for the simple reason that many are using it with your model for quite a while now and we haven’t seen 1903/Nvidia problems occurring which we would have done if it was a conflict.
Good luck my friend and if we can be of any further help let us know. I’m going to remove your YES to my answer because this marked the problem solved and it is still unsolved
