     Please give your exact model number for example AN515-** the type of head set you are trying to use and what steps you have already taken to troubleshoot the problem

    I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it recognizes the headphones, but lately it has not. I have a Nitro 5 AN515-54. I am currently using iPhone headphone and they have worked before. I tried to toggle setting in audio as well in the Realtek audio console. I have also unplugged and replugged the headset multiple times to no avail. I am not sure what else I can do.
