predator sense ph315-51

Reinstalled windows, the one on the acer support page for ph315-51 says this computer is not supported. Even tried using SNID but same page.

    What is the model name now as shown in BIOS? The new one has been uploaded by mistake as it doesn't have configuration folder with your model name. If you have a backup of previous version, install that. Or change the folder name to your model inside the Predator Sense folder.

    Pretty sure it's the same model because SNID linked me to the Ph315 page, I'll check with bios in a bit.

    Yeah confirmed with BIOS, it's PH315-51

    There's no 'Predator' written before PH315-51?

    AaronDan50 as @XdxD just stated above you need to have the word Predator before the model number in the bios/care center if you dont have it you have to send it back to acer to get your bios fixed only they can do it you can also check here if your interested in the new PS :)
