predator 300 WIFI

And now i'am frustrated with this silly problem i'am facing.
when i'am on my wifi connection with predator 300 wifi the speed is acting strange it goes up and down and the upload is slow very .5 mg slow doesn't even send photos for my friends on FB or anything 
note that my internet download speed is up to 35 mg and upload is 6 mg

    TheUnknown everyone is having the same issue and it seems to be on the windows side the possible fix would be switch off and back on the wifi seems to solve it until the next restart i dont think its any issue with the adapter because if it was it would go on even after switch off/on im also only getting 10/15 mb on my 40mb broadband with me this only started a few months ago and could also be your isp depending on the hours they cut the speed when theres many users connected at same time to not crash their system because  all the lines are saturated including fiber and dsl/vdsl2+ even worse

    I have tried to disable and unable the connection many times still nothing been solved the upload speed when i test it it goes like 5 mg for 2 seconds or something and then starting to decrease rapidly like decreasing gradually only until it reach under 1 mg speed so i hope you tell me some sort of fix because it's getting me annoyed

    Change DNS to 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1 and then try the test.

    changed the dns but still the upload have the same problem

    i don't know what u mean the problem is on the laptop only my phone doesn't have this problem neither my pc changed the dns in router and in adapter control nothing happened
