Acer Iconia w1-810 otg stopped working

Hi there, 
I have acer iconia w1-810 tablet with windows 10 installed on it. I have been using it for couple of years but suddenly it won't read any usb stick. I have 2 sandisk usb sticks that have microusb interface and both of them was working fine but now non of them is working. I believe that this is preceeded by an otg cable broke in the slot but i can't see any remenants.
Also, the usb charging cable is working just fine.

any ideas 😢😢

     Hi @Jimmy_Hemedan
       If there is any problem with your USB serial bus controller means it will create these kind of issues ,so try to uninstall and reinstall  USB root hubs
       Use the  following steps to uninstall and reinstall USB root hubs ,
    -->Go to device manager (run command -devmgmt.msc ) and expand USB serial bus controller 
    -->Try to uninstall each item from under USB serial bus controller 
    -->Restarts the computer and then check if it works or not 
    "Hit like or accept if it works "

    Unfortunally didn't work.
