I have had a problem with my VX-15 Laptop. (Bottom left hinge)

The bottom left hinge of my VX-15 has gotten to the point where I cannot open OR close the screen normally to the point of where I have to keep one hand keeping the bottom left side of the back cover, the hinge, and the front cover...THREE things I have to hold together to stop the computer from utterly ripping itself in two, while the other hand lifts open, or lowers to close the screen. It has become increasingly and ever so frustrating to be reminded how much money was spent on this product and I can tell for a fact that this is a defect in the product. Upon further investigation I have seen other complaints WITH THE SAME MODEL The Acer Aspire VX-15 Laptop. I have not dropped this computer, I have not been rough with it, I have not damaged this computer at all. This laptop has stayed open almost all the time, I have only on 4 occasions taken it with me when I went somewhere, so that alone is not enough stress on the hinges to cause it to be breaking like it is because I rarely close the laptop in the first place, IT has sit in the same area for the time I've had it, which is over a year's time.
I take very good care of the things I buy. However after dealing with this mess I cannot believe that they charge this much money for a computer with this major flaw in the very body frame of the laptop itself. The computer had excellent specs but this flaw in the design is disgraceful, and overall utterly frustrating and unnerving  (having to go as far as to carefully keep the lower left side of the hinge, front, and back cover together with your hand while you close or open it with the other hand WHILE listening parts of this plastic frame pop out just to have to pop it back into place right after.. should not be) Had I actually closed and opened it more I might have experienced it sooner like other people have realized. I just want my laptop fixed and I do not want to have to pay a REPAIR FEE for a flaw that was in the design of the computer's frame and hinge in the first place, I do NOT want it happening again. I should not have to deal with this in an expensive laptop.
As much as I would hate to admit that the part that ticks me off most is that I have to open an expensive laptop that I payed for via a carefully, precise, and steady two handed process. While I see other people gracefully and with SUCH AMAZING DUMBFOUNDING EASE...just as simple as the stroke of a sword, Or making a mark on a sheet of paper with a freshly uncapped marker....open their laptop right in front of me, I KNOW FULL WELL their laptop is one of the cheapest out there and I am to be tormented by this AND like this?! It's completely pathetic. With all this stuff not only happening to me, (Yes I have seen the threads, comments, forums, questions, reviews and complaints mentioning the Acer Aspire VX15 model's Problem, regarding the EXACT same left hinge separating the two covers) even in the end... After all this, having to relive this experiences with this laptop by writing all of this. The same question remains and yet the very answer eludes me as to why in the world there has not been a recall on this yet?

If your device is under warranty (check here), ask Acer to fix it.
If no longer under warranty, you can try to fix it with a glue gun. The Russian (?) presenter is a bit long-winded. At least you won't need to replay.
