Does Acer Software Inhibit Sleep Mode?

I have a Nitro N50-600 Desktop, and started to see problems with the system not going into Sleep Mode after I disabled some of the core Acer Software. When I re-enabled the Acer Software, Sleep Mode resumed. Since then, my desktop will no longer go into Sleep Mode automatically, regardless of the power settings, or other troubleshooting steps one would normally take to alleviate this issue. Is this a known issue with Acer Software, and if so, how can this be remedied?

Installed the version you recommended, and sleep mode did not happen. Set the time to put the computer to sleep and turn off the display at 1 minute, walked away for 10 minutes, and came back to the computer powered on (monitors were on as well).

No. This did not solve the problem. So, I did what I should have done from the beginning. I bought a completely new version of Windows 10 Pro and installed a clean version of Windows.
