how do i find the keybored lighting options -helios 300

hello, i have the newest model of the acer predator helios 300. when i open the predator sense app there is no lighting tab for my keyboard. How do I fix this so I can change the keyboard lighting?

Which model do you have?
Helios 300s (2019) come in a few different flavors. For instance, mine has only blue lighting, which I can only increase and decrease in strength through the use of the "F9" & "F10" keys. My model has no option in the Predator app to change anything.0 -

Refers to RGB color swapping?
If so, not all devices have this function.

I think all the model suffixes are 4 characters. For instance mine is PH315-52-78VL ...which is the blue light special edition. Man I hate RGB, lol.
Although, now that I write that, I can't find my model on the Acer Website, lol, so what do I know hahaha. Come on Acer, get your web store up to date.
