Where do I start, having a tech nightmare Aspire ES1 - 132-C8WF
Hi
Any help greatly received -
Firsty , I'm trying to reset my Aspire ES1 - 132-C8WF to factory settings.
I go through the process and keep getting an error , saying I need to free up more disk space , where Windows is installed ??
I have gone through the motions of cleaning up disk space but this only free's up minimal amounts?
There seems to be threads on the internet about how screwed up it is that these aspire notebooks run windows 10 on such a small memory system?
Anyhow can anyone advise how I can achieve the above? I'm guessing you cant remove Windows 10 easily, and if I managed to, would I then need to pay for it, once the laptop is reset?
Lastly advice on increasing storage? Seems to be an empty space for a Hardrive underneath? Looks like you have to use a SATA Cable?
Not being a tech wizard, please could you advise on part number for cable and maybe a link to a suitable harddrive, maybe 320gb or 500gb.
Trying to avoid using Flash Sticks, the other option of course is SSD Card or External Harddrive, not which option is best in the long run?
Thanks for any help guys .....
