Is there any international warranty from amazon - helios 500

There is 1 year international warranty, but it is not valid in the country you are resident in. For example, if you are on a holiday in lets say France and the laptop broke, you would be able to send it for warranty repair.

Joseph0108 thats one of the main reasons that 90% of the times you import from the US they will consider it illegally because youre evading customs and tax from your own country and even if its valid you would have to send it back to the US if something happens at your own expense if i were you i wouldnt chance it but its your choice i pais £1100 for my H300 in the UK if i wanted i could had imported it (illegally) from the US much cheaper but whats the point in doing that if you have any issues you will end up by spending even more than u paid for it or not having warranty at all anyway its your money your decision i just left my opinion to all those who think getting from the US will be cheaper (it will if you dont care about warranty at all)

Joseph0108 well it happens in all countries even a Predator 17x here still costs over £2000 and its one of the first models but still a proper beast so yeah i would check properly with amazon and with acer support themselves about how your warranty is going to work when you buy it and also you should be able to buy extended warranty if you wish so
