ive even put it in ultimate performance mode, battery boost is off and the battery is usually about 90% and my bios is the latest one from the website 1.08 not still there must be some setting that must be off or maybe its an actual lemon, also i checked and the average fps at epic is 120 for others with the same laptop where i am about 30 -60 behindegydiocoelho said:About fps, did you put windows in high performance mode, deactivate the battery boost and let the battery charge 100? On the keyboard, what is the version of your bios?
hello, thank you for responding and I'm sorry I took so long to reply, but I've followed the steps and shows little improvement, also my laptop now decides to crash the application after ~30 mins of medium use, like csgo and fortnite both crash for no reasonegydiocoelho said:Let the battery charge 100% before you start playing. I suggest you check out this video:
the fps doesnt exactly drop it just stays low, and it happens in all gamesegydiocoelho said:In which games does fps drop?
ive turned off the fps limit, but i have not turned high-performance mode on, unless its the power setting in battery optionsegydiocoelho said:Have you tried turning off fps limit? Also, have you ever set the graphics card to high performance?

I have turned off fast start, and it works great! now it shuts down pretty fast but the screen still flashes after a shutdownegydiocoelho said:OK! I do not think this is a problem. Try disabling fast start up in power options as your notebook has an ssd m2 2280 and it is recommended to disable this function.
sorry for keeping you busy so much, but one last question, do you have any idea for why my games keep crashing after 30 mins, but not always, if i restart the laptop it doesnt happen most of the time, but then randomly games crash unless i keep it in windowed fullscreenegydiocoelho said:In my opinion, this is not a problem. Windows always turns off the display first and then turns off the other hardware.
