Hi,
I am using Helios 300 laptop for more than a year. But now, I am facing an issue with charging of my laptop.
It is getting charged without any issue until 80%. After that at some point, it stops charging and after few seconds it starting again.
This ON and OFF process is keep happening after that. Is anybody can help to find the real cause of this issue ?
Is it related to battery or adapter ? How can I make sure this ? Please help.
Thanks in advance

ViswajithKA check your battery wear you might have a faulty battery usually its the most common case but it can be something else you can also measure the voltage of the adapter with a voltmeter (but i dont think the adapter is the issue unless you see any physical damage to it) also might be the power kill switch next to the ram thats not properly pressed when the ram compartment cover is in as i said it might be anything i would start to check the battery first

Jerin4054 follow the instruction i stated above and also uninstall the acpi driver perform a battery power drain let the device rest for 2/3h boot into bios reset to setup defaults and let windows reinstall the acpi driver check your battery wear and see if the issue persists and if theres no wear in the battery report if thats the case backup everything you need and perform a stock recovery clean install check here to rule out permanently any software issues
