How do I enable my CB715-1WT keyboard backlight? I have already tried adjusting the settings, no luck.

There is no change, there is still no back light. In the community forums, some mention that not all Chromebooks of this model have a back light. It happens to be a very useful option and one of the deciding factor in my purchase. Is there any other location that could have the back light disabled?0

I see three models of the CB715-1WT: CB715-1WT-5591-CA, CB715-1WT-3519-CA and CB715-1WT-39HZ-US. The two CA models have a keyboard backlight, the US model does not (I don't think CA and US mean Canada and USA BTW). I'm guessing you have the 39HZ-US model?
