Just got this monitor.
Specs on Acer's website shows that it supports 75Hz: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/CA/content/model/UM.HQ1AA.001

However, it is not available for selection in Windows 10. I have a Radeon 480 if that matters.

I have also installed the monitor profile off Product Support here: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/CA/content/support-product/8003?b=1&pn=MM.TGJAA.001

How do I enable or fix this?

Hi, not sure if you ever figured this out but I had the same issue and just solved it (FYI, I have a Nvidia graphics card and use the Nvidia control panel when adjusting my resolution, so it may not help you). When I would go into the resolution settings and choose 1080p I could only get up to a 60Hz refresh rate. What I didn't realize was that the list of resolutions was actually grouped into two categories, Ultra HD/HD/SD and PC. The PC grouping was under the HD grouping and was cut off by the size of the window showing the possible resolutions. Once I scrolled down and chose 1920 x 1080 under the PC grouping 75Hz was an option.

I used to have an AMD card but I can't remember exactly what the setup menu was like for their cards. Hopefully it is similar enough and this will solve your problem if you still need it.
