I am a Prime member and stream videos on my PC and Android phone.  I decided to resurrect this old Acer tablet.  I use the Prime Video app to access my Amazon Prime account on the tablet.  It shows where I left off in my most recent video on the PC but when I try to continue, I get a message that the hardware is not supported.  So, guys, what am I missing here?  Thanks.

There are a bunch of different Iconia models, do you know which yours is? Which version of Android is it running? Sometimes they "support" a version, but only if the screen resolution matches what they expect from a phone, not a tablet.

I think I saw that the app required 4.4 or later, but double check to be sure. It looks like 4.4 is available for download from the Acer support site.
