E1 532 aspire 0% depleted battery

Since my battery ran out i lost the performance of my laptop. They know how recover performance or i have to get another battery?.

    Hi @Ceesar
    for battery issue try this steps:-
    1. Unplug the AC power adapter.
    2. Press and hold the Power button down for 15 seconds. This will perform a software battery reset that may resolve the issue.
    3. If your system has a battery pinhole reset on the bottom, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 5 seconds. try to uninstall and reinstall battery drivers  and start your computer normally its should work fine.
    4. Once you login try to run sfc scan>how to do> go to run>type cmd>run as admin>sfc/scannow 
    if still facing problem please contact support http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

    hello thanks for asking, what do you mean by "insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole and hold the button down for 5 seconds."

    and if I press the power button for 15 seconds the laptop turns off

    @Ceesar.. Hi Please follow the given steps

    1. turn off your computer then remove the power cable ( AC Adapter)
    2. If Battery is removable, remove the battery then press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds to drain the flea power (static charge.)
    3. If Battery is not removable, Look underneath your laptop you could see a small battery reset pinhole where you have to insert paperclip and hold it down for 10 to 15 seconds then remove the paperclip
    4. Insert the battery first and connect the AC adapter then turn on the computer and check whether the problem is resolved if not got to step 5
    5. Get on to device manager by clicking on start and type device manager in search box
    6. In device manager expand Batteries and whatever you see under batteries uninstall them then turn off your computer 
    7. unplug the power cable from your laptop
    8. If your laptop has a removable battery, remove it then wait for 30 seconds then Put the battery back in to your laptop
    9. Connect the power cable then turn on your laptop and check it's resolved your issue or not..

    @Ptlg765r.. Please Follow the below steps given below

    1. Turn off your computer then remove the power cable ( AC Adapter)

    2. Look underneath your laptop you could see a small battery reset pinhole where you have to insert paperclip and hold it down for 10 to 15 seconds then remove the paperclip

    3. connect the AC adapter then turn on the computer and keep tapping f2 key which will take you in to bios screen

    4. Check whether hard drive is detected or not under Information tab.. If hdd(Hard drive) is detected press f9 for load defaults and click OK then press f10 for save and exit then press OK 

    5. If the 4th steps didn't work do force shutdown 3 to 4 times(turn on the computer and once you get acer logo turn off your computer like this do it for 3 to 4 times and check whether it takes in to advance options

    6. If 5th step didn't work hold alt and tap f10 while turn on the computer (try with both alt keys) and check whether it takes in to advance options..

    7. If it takes in to advance options then will proceed further troubleshooting steps..
