  • Hello,
There are two audio line connectors on this model. Did you connect the external speakers to the Audio Line Out(put)?

Hi Laurent, actually I tried connecting in both to verify, None of them is working. This external speaker should be a plug and play thing to work, wondering what is stopping it not to play!?

Sometimes when you connect an external speaker the system recognizes it, but doesn't automatically switch over. When that happen you can bring up sound settings and choose the proper device for output.

@Gooner18 it would likely be better to ask your question on a new thread, so you can mark it solved when appropriate. Search results here are weighted to show up higher in the list when marked as solved. You also have a different model of computer than this thread is for. When you create your new thread tell us the model number, what you are seeing and what you have tried so far. When you plug external speakers in do they show up in Sound settings?
