Assassin's Creed Origins performs badly on Predator Helios 300 - 2019

Hello. I recently bought AC Origins on steam sale. So far enjoyed the game a lot. The only problem is that the FPS is way too low on High and Very High. Its about 30-40 FPS (with turbo on) on both high and very high settings. Online benchmarks show that it gets about 60-70 on High and 45-50 on Very High. I tried all the possible ways, contacted ubisoft, but still no use. Here are my specs:

Processor: Intel i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz

Ram: 16GB

Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 1660 Ti 6GB.

The FPS I get doesnt vary if I switch on Turbo or Not. I get pretty much the same FPS. I dont understand where the problem is. Kindly help.

Is the battery 100% charged? Have you set your notebook for high performance power options?

Yes, I have set those to High performance and battery is also 100%

In nvidia settings, have you disabled battery boost and fps limit?

I turned off the FPS limit and Battery Boost in Nvidia which was on previously. But still no improvement. The FPS stays 30 - 45

Yes it is charged 100%. I play with charger plugged in

LaughsAlways have you checked your temps/tried older nvidia drivers from 6 months ago or so also make sure you setup the game manually to run on the DGPU on nvcp the game runs great on my G3-572

Hello. The game is on DGPU, checked it in nvcp. Have cleared all the temp files. But yet to check with old nvidia drivers. My Graphics driver is up to date. So maybe I need to rollback just for the sake of this game.
Also If possible can you tell me, which version of graphic driver were you using when you played the game?

LaughsAlways you cleared the temp files ??? what i mentioned above was about checking your cpu/gpu temps

i only updated my nvidia drivers from acer stock once and im still on the same driver for the last 2 years never had any issues 416.94 and i can play all the latest games without issues

Ah temp means temperature. I thought it was temp folder. Anyways I haven't checked the Temperature yet. I update my nvidia driver whenever the geforce experience says there's an update. I'm on 441.41 version. Updated yesterday.

I will look into the temperatures and probably do a rollback of driver and see if that solves the issue.

On Normal Usage the temperatures are:

CPU, GPU, System : 43 Degrees

On Turbo and Gaming usage:

CPU: 58

GPU: 58

System: 60

Also the version you are saying 416.94, it is not available for GTX 1660Ti variant. So should I roll back to the first version of this driver that is 430.39?
