my bluetooth pairs but does not connect. i use the acer swift 3 pc

when I got it, it was working fine. now I can't connect to any Bluetooth device at all.

    dumebi96.. Hi Please follow the steps which has given below

    Method 1:
    1. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
    2. 
    Type services.msc and click ok
    3. 
    Right-click on Bluetooth related services (like Bluetooth Handsfree ServiceBluetooth Support Service) and click Restart.
    4. 
    Right-click on Bluetooth related services (like Bluetooth Handsfree ServiceBluetooth Support Service) once again and click properties.
    5. 
    Set the Startup type to Automatic. Then click OK.
    6. 
    Reboot your computer and use Bluetooth to connect your device

    Method 2: 

    1. 
    On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
    2. Type devmgmt.msc and click ok
    3. In device manager expand blutooth and 
    Right-click on your Bluetooth device driver in the Bluetooth section and click Uninstall device.
    4. 
    Reboot your computer and use Bluetooth to connect your device
