Windows 10 1909 acer aspire es 1533 P21L pc boot time increased to around 10 minutes

I am facing issue of slow boot of pc since 1909 update of windows 10 it takes around 10 minutes to start pc which takes around 1 minute in 1709 update and 1819 update.
i also tried to re-install windows 10 via advance restore setting but it didnt work. what i need to do? how can i make my pc faster ?
there is no iso file available on windows website for older windows 10 build. can you fix issue please tell me what to do? i already disable all strtup apps from task bar except onedrive.

    Chkdsk is a program you run from a command prompt, best if you launch the command prompt as Administrator. You can also do pretty much the same thing from the Properties page for the drive. Use the tools tab and ask it to check for errors.

    Typically when you see really long boot times it means the OS is trying to reach network resources that gate the later boot tasks. By default a network timeout is 90 seconds and you have to typically hit that timeout twice before it skips on ahead to the next task. Can you think of anything network related your system is expecting? Failing that, the next most common problem is a failing HDD. You could run chkdsk to make sure it's not showing errors.

    when i sart my pc i seen acer symbol and roud going on below for a long time, when windows symbol came pc start in  2 minutes but acer symbol on scereen took long time around 4-6 minutes.
