Acer Predator Triton 500 PT515-51 - Blank screen when playing games in full screen

I have a very weird issue with my Triton 500. Model is PT515-51. I recently upgraded the SSD that it came with to a larger size and reinstall windows 10 (to the latest version).
Everything is fine except when I try to play any 3d games and movies with certain encoded file. I don't have a problem if they are running in window mode. If I run them in fullscreen, the screen would just turn black but I could hear the sound playing. I've tried running 3dmark and it actually completed the benchmark even though the screen is black all the way throughout the benchmark.

Windows 10 - 1903 latest update
Nvidia drivers 436.30
Intel Graphics - 26.20.100.7158

Anyone can help?

Thanks.

mnemonics make sure the games are running on the DGPU and not the IGPU also try older drivers 3/6 months old latest are not always better usually they are released full of bugs for the users to report to get them fixed in the next release same with windows updates try Acer stock drivers instead

OK after trial and error also following @xapim suggestion about the drivers. It turns out that the culprit was the latest version of the Intel vga driver. The driver was downloaded and installed automatically using the Intel driver and support application. I uninstalled the driver and use the basic windows driver for the vga and now it works fine. I also tried installing the intel vga driver from the acer's website and it works too! So I guess I'm just going to refrain from upgrading the driver for now. Maybe there's a bug somewhere. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

I have the acer helios 300 with the rtx2060 and have install the latest intel graphics driver and it works well for me.
Also I remember before upgrading my laptop struggle to play 8k video but after upgrading  the intel graphics driver the playback is much better! so keep that in mind.
Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

It's not the Nvidia drivers, it's the intel driver. Can't exactly remember the driver version but it's whatever in the acer support drivers download page.
