Hi,

My monitor is under warranty, but apparently I have to pay shipping to Acer. Why am I financially responsible for shipping it if the issue with the monitor is Acer's fault for poor manufacturing? Is there any way to be reimbursed for the shipping?

There are few monitor which are eligible for a free shipping label but unfortunately your monitor is not eligible for free shipping.
you need pay for one way shipping even if the unit is under warranty.

Is there any alternative? The shipping is basically the cost of buying a new monitor. At this rate, I'll never buy another Acer product because the warranty is essentially worthless.

How do I contact Acer Support? Also is there an option for me to take the monitor to a service center instead?

@lionelben3 it depends on where you're located, so which Acer support you are working with. I believe most require you to pay shipping at least one way.
