Hi,
I am having issues connecting my chromebook and my bluetooth earbuds. The earbuds connect to my Samsung but not to my chromebook. Any ideas on how to fix it?

      Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try Hard Reset in your unit by following the below steps and check.

     Hard reset your Chromebook
     ***********************************

    1. Press the power button to turn off your Chromebook until all the lights in the unit goes off and unplug all the cables if in case any cable is plugged in.
    2. Press and hold the Refresh (the 4th key from the left in the first row of the keyboard ) + Power key for 20 secs. then try to turn on the unit and check.

    Hi, Good Morning!
          Sorry to hear about the issue. In this you can try to reset the device and check.
     1) Go to Settings.
     2) Scroll down and find the option 'Advanced' with a drop-down arrow and select it.
     3) Scroll further down and choose the option Powerwash and proceed  with the on-screen instructions to perform Powerwash. This will reload the Chrome   Operating System.
        You can also try the below link and try the below methods as well. It will also contain video so that you can follow it in a easier manner.

    I am having the same issue in 2020. My motoG7 pairs with my wireless skullcandy earbuds, but my chromebook cannot detect it. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions to fix this. Thanks!

    @Alawson, try this:
    In Chrome, go to chrome://flags
    In the search box, type Bluetooth
    Switch the flag "Aggressive Bluetooth device filtering" to Disabled.
    Restart.
