My laptop shows 4 ram slot in task manager and CPU-z but when I remove the panel only two ram slot are there.
I don't know my laptop max ram capacity.
Anyone help??

It has two slots for memory.

That's correct, you have two slots and you can upgrade up to a maximum of 32GB, check the speed of your current module and get the matching module, CPU-z reports dual channel as 4 slots.
