    Hello,
What models do you own exactly? C20-720, C20-820?

Apologies for the delay in responding. Been travelling. I would actually like to source the 8 Gig RAM chip  but I am unsure whether the same RAM suits both A-I-O models that I have. So if you could advise that would be great. Plus how simple (or not) is it to upgrade the RAM. There's a covered opening on the rear of the case above where the stand attaches. Is that where  you can access memory or is it far more complex than that? Many thanks in advance for your help

    Hello,
    No problems ;).
    1. C20-720
      • Memory specifications (DDR3L - 1600MHz):

      • Compatible memory modules:
      - Crucial (C20-820 has the same specifications as C20-720)
      - Kingston
      • Disassembly:

    2. C20-830
      • Memory specifications (DDR4 - 2400/2666MHz):

      • Original memory modules:

      • Disassembly:
      Same procedure as C20-720
    Note: Edited for C20-830 specs.

Thanks for all your help. Much appreciated. Sourcing the memory is quite a chore but at least I have an idea now of what to ask for. Acer hardware designers certainly didnt have memory upgrades at the top of their list when they assembled these things. And why they just dont standardise at say minimum 8 GB RAM these days beats me.
