Hello, I recently in July got an Acer nitro 5 gaming laptop and I absolutely loved it! Everything had been running smoothly and till this morning when I woke up on I woke up this morning I realized that the charger had come unplugged  so I plugged it back in like I normally would and I started to start it up.. the charger on the side shows the Orange charging light which tells me that the laptop is getting power from the charger but isn't not booting up anytime I pressed the power button.. it doesn't boot up I've tried already resetting the battery from the back I have not tried taking the battery out and doing that whole thing but I was wondering of anybody else had had any similar things happened to them? This is really frustrating as I would not have the money to take it in to be fixed right now and I probably won't have the money for it for a while and this is my only laptop and I use this for schoolwork and things like that, thank you any help is welcomed.

You can leave the laptop plugged in for 30min before attempting to power on.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
