    Well @Qudmany after you have removed bezel you need to remove hinge brackets (unscrew 3 screws from each side)

    Lcd panel itself is mounted on two vertical adhesive stripes

    Each stripe has a special tab near the top and what you need is to take the tab by a tweezer and then slowly pull the adhesive tape while maintaining constant tension until the tape completely removed

    After that you should be able to remove LCD panel

    There is also one trick during installation panel back when you get to those stage

    Sure, that's not complicated

    So when you mount the panel back, first you need to get new stripes which you don't have of course but maybe you can re-use old ones

    And then there are 4 special parts which they call mylar gaskets which you don't have also so you should make smth similar instead yourself
    I'm not sure but I guess they used for proper alignment of the panel

    So you place these gaskets on the top of the frame as below

    and then gently place the LCD panel and after that you remove those gaskets

    That's all  =)

    I also wonder, after you install the panel but before install the bezel, will you have backlight bleeding? And after the bezel installed, will backlight bleeding get worse?

    Hi!!

    @Qudmany

    My recommendation is to get help of local computer technician for replacing the screen. By the way, I tried to look for documentation regarding screen replacement and I could'nt find one. :(

    @belik thank you for all the help, looks abit harder than expected especially for someone who is a first timer...
    I’ll keep you posted once the process is done... I’m still waiting for the new screen to arrive...

    sad thing is I’m far from the states and I just had the laptop for a month and the warranty covers the states only... local agencies doesn’t repair, only replace and they don’t have the part... so I’m gonna risk and go for the small shops to try to repair, if it doesn’t work then I’ll install the new one...

    im trying not to be upset with Acer, bcoz the laptop is awesome

    Congratulations  @Qudmany

    Now I have some questions myself coz I think you are the first private person in the world who did it with PH315-52  =)
    And I may want to eliminate bleeding on my units
    - which adhesive tape did you use
    - how did you position the panel withouit those temporary angles?
    - are there any traces left on the frame or it is still looks like from a factory?

    @belik

    Well, I removed the old adhesive strips bcoz they got ripped while removing the screen, and they were a normal thin double face tape... I used a double face tape I had...
    I memorized the old screen position and the new one fit in perfectly... however, I was wrong about the bleeding.... I have 2 spots on the top... which I don’t know how to fix and they’re not bothering me honestly as I only see them when I start the laptop...
    and yes I believe I’m the first/only person who had to replace this model screen yet 🤣

    I can't seem to be able to unscrew the 3 hinge screws from each side - which screwdriver did you use for this? I'm afraid of stripping the screws.

    Hi, do you have any suggestions if there is no special tab near the top to pull the adhesive off? There is one at the left but missing the one on the right.
