If you have large bandwidth, use either Media Creation Tool or Update Assistant (recommended). If you are on limited bandwidth, download the ISO using mobile device and run it to install Windows 10.
if i do that i won't lose my digital activation?
Nope. You won't lose it. It would auto activate - key is stored onto motherboard.

Usually Running windows update troubleshoot would fix it
    • Press Windows + I key and navigate to Update & Security
    • And click on Troubleshoot on left side window
    • Next scroll down to Windows Store apps > click on it.
    • Then click Run the troubleshooter
