Nitro an515-51, i7-7700hq, gtx1050. The problem started when I was playing dota2 and the game crashed. Also I found a new thing I had never seen before called segurazo antivirus.   To fix it, I used cmd to do net user admin command, went to safe mode and deleted the whole thing(the antivirus) as I already had kaspersky which never caused problems. But after rebooting out of safe mode, I went to my default account, removed the extra admin one and noticed that the WiFi and Bluetooth settings have completely disappeared. Also the brightness bar is greeted out and function key does not change it like before. That’s not the end of it. I am unable to use my pin to sign in and am using the password. When I go to the sign in options the screen just keeps loading indefinitely. When I click on the audio icon, the troubleshooter automatically pop up and instantly runs into some problem. The disk usage is low. I did several restarts but it does not help. Getting out of safe mode has never done this before. What could be the issue and how can I solve it ?

I don't usually advise this as a 1st fix only as a last resort but I would do a clean Windows install.

Ok thanks. I should mention that installing new drivers in safe mode from a usb drive did not work as it says the data is invalid. Which do you think is better? Windows clean install or factory reset ?
