Well at least not in the H500 service manuals i have for the intel/ryzen all i can see its the oc1 oc2 oc3 and colboost tables
And regarding the fans stopping when the temps are under 29 that might be possible but i doubt that would ever happen those are really low temps for the average user to be able to achieve them via conventional ways but hey who knows theres always a first time for everything
