Unable to register product

I keep getting a message that I cannot register my product because it was previously registered.

Cannot connect to Acer to get updates or resolvew questions. Any help available?

    I have been facing a similar problem on my newly purchased Acer Aspire 5s. It's showing that the product has been registered when it was activated.
