Helios 300 (2019) predator sense related question.

I really like the new Helios 300 but the only thing that is a buzzkill is the loud fans. Though it is effective, it is still loud. The Asus Strix GL531GU with same GPU and i5-9300H (instead of i7-9750H) runs about the same when it comes to thermals. And FPS performance wise, it runs the same as the Helios. My main question is that: can I use the predator sense only to control fans, but never ever touch the turbo button ever again. I plan to use throttlestop to further undervolt, set CPU frequency to 3.8 or 3.9 GHz, overclock the GPU using afterburner, or some other way if this doesn’t work. I know that hitting the turbo button reset everything back and all the tuning will be lost, but completely deleting predator sense is not an option. Any help with my issue is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve already seen this, multiple times. He doesn’t go over the exacts of the tuning but says that it is very hard and “we are at the mercy of the predator sense software”. That’s what I don’t like.

I think it's a bit misleading as well, as far as I can tell, as long as you don't touch the turbo button -- you can overclock and undervolt it further, very easy.

If you use Throttlestop it overrides P-Senses XTU profiles.

Bob is a pleb on undervolting.

You can also navigate to C:/ProgramData/OEM/PredatorSense/"YourCPU" and move the XTU profiles out of P-Senses grasp of your really paranoid although there's no reason is you use TS.
