I bought this laptop yesterday and left it at Microcenter for an RAM upgrade... They called and told me that they cannot add it, because there is no slot. And everywhere it says it is there. And they cannot find it. Are they so incompetent or what is the problem? is it upgradable or not? thanks for a quick answer

There should be 2 slot for the upgrade of Ram, or you wont be upgrade the Ram till 32GB

One slot soldiered on the motherboard and the other one can be replaced with any another Ram.

I just went to 2 different techs and both of them couldn't find the slot. So is this a faulty manufactory? Where is RAM slot supposed to be located in the laptop? the side where you open it or the other side? where exactly?
