Hello,

My son has the 23'' Acer touch monitor and his monitor works fine on Windows 10. I cannot get my renewed monitor I just purchased to work. I plugged in the HDMI and the USB cable to my Windows 10 computer. After, every restarts the monitor touch works briefly for a few seconds, then it stops. I tried the suggested fix on Acer Answers under the topic "Acer T272HL touch functionality does not work with Windows 10" for updating the HID-compliant device driver under Human Interface Devices. But, that did not work. Anything else you can suggest to correct the issue?

Thanks, Juan

Turn off the monitor , unplug all the wires connected to the monitor(including the power cable) and press and hold the power button which is on the monitor for 40 seconds than connect the wires and check.

Thanks for replying. What I did was connect the USB cable into the 2.0 instead of the 3.0 in the back of my computer. Working fine now. I took it for granted that because the monitor USB cable was coded blue I had to connect into the 3.0 slot. Thanks again!
