Screen Bleeding Issue in Acer Nitro 5 (Customer support refused to change panel)

I have bought AN-515-54 about a month and half ago online. The screen glows from the top borders when playing games and especially in dark areas. I went to acer's customer care center and the attendant refused to help saying that they would have changed the panel if the screen bled normally. He said that as it is only bleeding during games, they wont change it. He said that it will bleed as the gpu is running during games(which i don't think is the case). After I came back from the center, there were times that it bled even after closing the games and watching videos.  On the forums, other people are having the same problem and the solutions were to try updating the graphics drivers(didn't work) or go to customer support. But, the customer service didn't help. So what should i do now.

Also , when i input SN/SNID on customerselfcare.acer.com , it says that it my id is invalid.
